Countries

Upon selecting "Countries," three options will be presented to you:

Countries: This page displays a comprehensive list of all countries, each offering four configurable options. For instance, assuming you choose the United Kingdom by clicking the find icon at the end of the row, a new page will open. Here, you can customize the UK settings for different corridors, such as:

Sending Capability: Assess whether this country can serve as a sending country for online channels. Receiving Capability: Determine if this country can function as a receiving country for online channels. Agent Sending Capability: Evaluate if this country can operate as a sending country for agent channels. Agent Receiving Capability: Verify if this country can operate as a receiving country for agent channels.

Currencies: This section provides a list of all possible currencies.

Configure Corridors: This feature is exclusive to the online portal. On this page, you can specify which corridors should be visible on our web portal for online customers. In the initial section concerning countries, we enable eligibility for sending and receiving sides. However, there may be lack of clarity; for example, while we enable Pakistan for the receiving corridor, we only designate the UK and Canada as sending corridors. It is crucial to note that although we enable Pakistan as a receiving corridor, we do not intend to facilitate money transfers from UK to Pakistan, while transfers from the Canada are permissible.
