Customers

Customers, who send money through our platform are referred to as remitters or senders. Customers, in this context, are those individuals utilizing our services to send money. These are online customers and a brief description below:

1. Online Customers: Online customers utilize either the mobile application or web application to directly sign up and initiate transactions.

2. Agent Customers: Agent customers, on the other hand, are individuals who visit agents in person to conduct transactions. They provide all necessary information to the agent, who then facilitates the transaction on their behalf.

Similar to transactions, each customer is associated with specific agents, indicating the agent responsible for creating that customer record.
