Customer List

Navigate to the "Customers" option in the top navigation menu, and proceed to select "Customer List" from the dropdown menu. This will lead you to a page displaying a comprehensive list of all customers, as illustrated below. Utilize filters to conduct specific searches for customers, access a list of customers, or verify the status of individual customers and much more.

Additionally, let's explore other actions available in the list that can be executed for the customer. By clicking on the search icon at the end of the row, three options become accessible:

  1. View

  2. Edit

  3. Add Document

Let's explore the "View" option. Upon selecting the "View" option, a detailed customer view will be displayed. This includes the customer profile, customer documents, and an audit log, providing visibility into all activities associated with that particular customer.

The customer editing page exhibits excessive scrolling. We will address this concern through a discussion structured into three distinct sections, each supported by relevant image attachments.

Section 1

To modify customer information, select the "Edit" option. A new window will open, providing access to various actions outlined below:

  1. Edit Email:

    • Change the customer's email by clicking the "Edit Email" button, following the provided image guide.

  2. View Password:

    • If enabled, you can view the customer's password. This functionality may require development adjustments to your web application and mobile apps. Confirm with the developer whether this option is currently enabled.

  3. Verify Customer:

    • Marking a customer as verified restricts their ability to update profile information, except for the phone number. This limitation includes the inability to edit profile and address details. Typically, your compliance team conducts due diligence before marking a customer as verified.

Section 2

In this section, we will explore the following topics:

  1. KYC Notes:

    • Users have the ability to add notes against customers, which will be permanently stored. These notes are accessible whenever a customer review is conducted. Additionally, the notes section will be displayed on the transfer details page. If a KYC note is added on the transfer detail page, it will also store the associated payment reference.

  2. Customer Ledger:

    • The customer ledger is presented in a tabular format, categorized by days. It provides information on the number of transactions a customer has initiated in the last 7 days, 30 days, and extends up to 360 days. To review transactions, simply click on the "View" button.

  3. Beneficiary Ledger:

    • This section allows for the review of transactions made by the customer to various beneficiaries.

  4. Change Password:

    • While customers have the option to change their passwords through the portal and apps, there are instances where they may encounter issues receiving reset links. In such cases, administrators can change the customer's password from the back office.

Section 3

In the final section, we will delve into two key elements: "Customer Documents" and the "Audit Log."

Customer Documents: Whenever an online customer or agent uploads documents, our compliance team conducts due diligence and verifies the documents. There is also an option to edit the document in case of typographical errors or if the customer fails to upload the back side of the document. Additionally, users have the ability to delete documents.

Audit Log: Within this section, you can thoroughly review all activities undertaken by users on customer accounts. Every edit is meticulously recorded, providing a comprehensive log of actions and attributing them to the respective user who performed the task.
