Compliance Reports

The Reports module in Remit Milky provides essential tools for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining compliance across various aspects of customer transactions. These reports ensure that compliance teams have the necessary insights to detect and prevent suspicious activities while maintaining regulatory standards.


1. Compliance Report The compliance report is designed in a standardized format to provide a comprehensive overview of customer activities, potential risks, and compliance checks.

  • Content: Includes details such as customer verification status, transaction history, high-risk designations, and any flagged activities.

  • Usage: This report can be shared with regulatory authorities or internal compliance teams to demonstrate adherence to regulatory requirements and audit processes.


2. Card Link or Payment Gateway Report This report provides detailed information about customer card usage and payment gateway activities.

  • Card Monitoring: Tracks unique cards associated with each customer, including card number, issuing bank, and expiry date.

  • Link Analysis: Identifies if the same card is being used across multiple accounts or if different customers are linked by a common card.

  • Fraud Detection: Highlights potential issues such as card sharing, unauthorized usage, or attempts to circumvent transaction limits.

  • Payment Gateway Insights: Provides data on transactions processed through various payment gateways, helping identify anomalies or irregular patterns.


3. Customer Sending Report (Age-Wise) This report categorizes customer transaction data based on age groups, providing insights into the demographics of the platform's users.
