Auto Rates
In this section, you will be able to update rates for your customers. Simply select the desired inputs, and at the bottom, all payers will be displayed. You can then proceed to update the rates for each payer.
Allow me to elaborate on each input:
Company: If you are the parent company, this input will be visible to you. However, if you are a white-label, this input will not be visible.
Sending Countries: In this input, you can select one or more sending countries. As depicted in the attached image, we provide a list of payers from the sending to the receiving country.
Receiving Countries: Choose the receiving country for which you need to update the rate.
After updating the rate, the system will remove the old rate and replace it with the most recent one. Therefore, there is no need to delete it first. Simply update or add the rates.
